CISCO DeVRIES
President, Renewable Funding
Mr. DeVries will speak on Renewable Funding's
approach to implementing the California Communities
First AB 811 program.  Mr. DeVries is working with
the California Communities Joint Powers Authority,
an agency created by CSAC and the League of Cities,
in assisting private property owners use assessment
district law to outfit their property for energy efficiency
with  little or no upfront costs.

Two dinners are prepaid for each City (Mayor and City
Manager).  Please call or e-mail to confirm names for these
reservations.  Others interested in having dinner
should call or e-mail the host City as noted above and pay
for the dinner at the door.   Dinner Cost:  $50.00.
The host city will bill for reservations made but not
cancelled by the reservation deadline date.
